Vinilo was born in Ibarra in 2018 with a simple idea: eat well while a record plays. Since 2025 we live in the Casa de la Ibarreñidad, in the heart of the city.
We love fine cooking. We work with advanced technique to lift the flavours of our own land, and we trust the growers and communities of Imbabura for every ingredient.
We make every dish with care and attention, the way music used to be made. Our mission is that you live a great moment here, and that you enjoy the trip back in time.
